Energy Management System ISO 50001
In the future, an Energy Management System is also necessary for the discharge according to § 9b Electricity Tax - and § 54 Energy Taxation Law. This also applies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Thereto the implementation of such a system must be proven.
Having an energy management system in a company makes sense and saves costs.
Every company can benefit from an energy management system. The branch, size, location, even the general cultural and social conditions within which it operates are immaterial because every company produces greenhouse gases such as CO2 in some form or another.
When introducing and/or maintaining an energy management system, every company specifically and very deliberately examines the potential to make energy savings and boost energy efficiency and demonstrates a responsible attitude towards the environment in a sustainable way.
ICM GmbH is accredited by DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH), Germany's national accreditation body, in accordance with ISO 50001 for the certification of energy management systems. Qualified auditors assess and rate the degree to which the normative requirements are met. Particularly in relation to quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, for which ICM GmbH is likewise accredited, the company offers a comprehensive range of services in the certification sector.
With certification of your energy management system, you can benefit from the subsidies offered by the federal government, tax savings resulting from the tax cap for the most energy-intensive users (German Efficiency System Ordinance) and the EEG compensation scheme.
